Dancing with Grief
Grief asks to move with us and through us, to stay in our fIeld of attention and care so it can be felt, processed, and we can be supported by its presence. Through all levels movement such as dance and yoga, meditation, journaling, building a group alter, sound healing, and a sharing circle to express who and what we are grieving, we dance with our grief.
We offer ourselves space to be with the powerful, painful, illuminating, exeperiences of grief. We offer compassion to our grief and the grief of others as we create a community of support and healing. We learn from our grief, expressing it, listening to it, learning its wisdom.
Liziah began the work of grief tending after her Mother, who was her closest companion and magical grandmother and caregiver to her young children died from a hit and run car accident on her daily walk. Liziah experienced her world instantly changed, and filled with the ripping heart ache and break of traumatic loss. She was moved into a grief journey that took her wide and deep. She journeyed to the most painful places and also touched the powerful and love filled places grief can take us. She recieved grief support and started to listen and study with grief teachers. 6 months into her journey grief showed her that it was time for her to hold space for others. With her workl as a mental health therapist and yoga, dance teacher she began to move and breathe and listen to the broken, open hearts of other greiving people. Liziah has learned that grief is wise, and when tended to offers gifts of life, depth and healing that lead us to live with authenticity, purpose, fullness, compassion and of the messy wholeness of our humanity.
Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, bring a journal, an item for the group alter, water bottle, and any other comfort items to stay with you through the experience.
Liziah Richards, is an intuitive mental health therapist, movement facilitator and grief guide. Her passion and purpose are to accompany people on their journey of grief and healing, offering deep care and skilled therapeutic support. Liziah is grateful to facilitate community grief offerings that heal and inspire folks to care for themselves and others in their changed lives, and to align with their purpose and unique authentic expression of self.

Toning Circle
Celebrate the new harvest moon in Virgo and autumnal equinox with a playful and meditative vocal practice for the age of personal empowerment—no singing experience necessary. Tone Circle Seattle is the region's premier voice-first meditation experience where everyone is invited to explore the transformative power of their own voice. It's group vocal toning sessions are free-form vocalizing designed to support a new age of personal sovereignty, agency, and creativity.
Often referred to as "a sound bath from the inside out," in this relaxed, no-pressure space, there’s nothing to prepare, nothing to perform—just the chance to relax, slow down, and heal our relationship with our voices and normalize our ability to use them anytime, anywhere, and when we need them most. The open invitation to vocalize starts with deep listening and a safe, supportive, space where we can feel heard.
Gentle humming or toning on a vowel sound is a wonderful way for anyone of any skill level to deepen their confidence in the sound healing tool they already carry within. In a world where we need the harmony of our voices to ring out stronger than ever, it’s both an imperative and an enormous pleasure to come together for the vibrational support for our unique journeys.

Sound healing:
Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. It not only helps with inducing relaxation, but also has a way of moving through areas of blockage to move stagnant energy, release energy patterns and habits that are no longer serving you, and bring your body, mind and spirit back into alignment.
One of the best modalities to bring the body back to its natural state of harmony is sound and vibration from Himalayan chakra singing bowls. Placed on and around the body and struck or sung, the tones and frequencies emanated from these bowls creates a sympathetic resonance that affects the body on a cellular level. These vibrations spread as concentric waves into larger circles through the entire body and entrain the brain to move into a deep Theta state. The experience is one of absolute serenity as deep relaxation and soothing resonant sound opens the flow of energy and restores balance and well-being.
There are many benefits of healing through sound and vibration including:
Deep relaxation
Stress relief
Recovery from abuse and trauma
Healing from the effects of chemotherapy
Lowers blood pressure
Mental clarity
Clears and balances chakras
Heightens intuition and perception
Removes mental and emotional negativity
Improved sleep
Relieves pain and arthritis
Eases anger and depression
Reduces pain and discomfort from Fibromyalgia
Improved circulation
Enhances creativity

9D Breathwork
It’s finally here…..9D Breathwork!
9D Breathwork combines conscious breathing with sound, movement, and visualization to clear emotional blockages, restore energy, and deepen self-awareness.
9D uses nine dimensions of technology to slow down our brain waves, helping us to enter a subconscious state.
The practice enhances mental clarity, reduces stress, and promotes a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace. It has powerful, transformative effects on the body and mind.
On a physical level, it increases energy flow, supports detoxification, and balances the nervous system, leaving you feeling more grounded, centered, and aligned with your true self.
Meet Karen Billingsley, your guide.
After a fulfilling career as a Registered Nurse, I now focus on helping others on their healing journeys through 9D breathwork, yoga therapy, and craniosacral therapy. I guide individuals to reconnect with their body’s wisdom to activate their natural healing potential. My approach encourages self-awareness, balance, and resilience, helping you discover your own path to well-being.

We get a lot of messages this time of year about "New Year's Resolutions", or destination-oriented goals. If we've learned anything from the past few years, it's that things rarely go as planned. Join us as we instead practice yogic tools to stay centered along the journey of life regardless of outcomes. The workshop will start with educational lectures mixed with journaling exercises and meditations on the highlights of 2025. Then, we'll have a 15-minute break before we shed our clothes and continue our practice with a 75-minute yoga vinyasa class.

Yoga Play Shop: An Introduction to Kundalini Yoga
Join us in this immersive 4-hour journey into the essence of Kundalini Yoga—often called the Mother of All Yoga and the Yoga of Awareness, but what does this truly mean?
✨ We’ll begin by tracing the roots of Kundalini Yoga: its history, where it comes from, and how it spread across the globe.🎶 Dive deep into the experience and meaning of mantra - exploring why we chant, how we chant, and what the effects are.🌀 Learn what a kriya is and experience two foundational Kriyas: “A Basic Set” and the “Basic Spinal Series".📿 Much of what I’ll share was not read from search engines or digital texts—it was passed on to me through the timeless tradition of listening at the feet of a teacher. The information you will receive is directly from within the lineage of the himalayan mountains.
🌱 If time permits, we’ll also touch on some beginning habits of a yogi you can implement that support spiritual clarity, radiant health, and inner peace.
Come expand your reality and play in this powerful exploration of what it means to be human. Come learn to unleash your full potential.

Private Healing Sessions with Maari. Choose from: Shamanic Reiki, Sound Therapy, or Crystal Therapy Lights.
Maari in her healing room just off Alki Beach.
Maari offers three private healing sessions.
There are three sessions offered every Monday and Tuesday, at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm.
90 minutes for $195.
Shamanic Reiki
Shamanic Reiki is nature rooted and earth honoring and channels universal life force energy to release blockages throughout your entire body, to clean/clear/energize your chakras and connect you to your circle of resources: land, trees, mountains, spirit animals, elements, and ancestors. Deeply relaxing and restorative, with essential oils, crystals, and sound instruments.
Our connection begins from the moment you book your session. I ask that you send to me your intention which can be general, ‘to feel lighter’ or specific, ‘to release the pain of a divorce’. In preparation for your session, I will set a container and move into meditate for you and your intention.
Once you arrive, you will relax on a very comfortable heated table. The session opens with a spoken invocation/prayer for you. Everything is channeled uniquely for you and what will support you in the best way imaginable. The last 10 minutes are time for us to share our insights and experiences together.
Reiki is both potent and gentle. You may notice shifts immediately and/or over time.
Crystal Therapy Lights
Crystal Therapy Light Session:
A blissful treatment to clear, balance and re-energize your chakras! Your treatment starts with reiki energy healing to bring your entire system into a state of deep relaxation and then continues with 30 minutes under the crystal therapy lights. Everything flows better when your chakras are balanced. You can bring any current challenge into this session and experience the deep and profound relaxation from these powerful Vogel crystals.
This is a very rejeuvanting experience after which it is highly recommended to rest and drink lots of water to aid in smooth integration.
There are three sessions offered every Monday and Tuesday, at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. 90 minutes for $195.
Himalayan Sound Therapy Session
Himalayan Sound Therapy
One of the best modalities to bring the body back to its natural state of harmony is sound and vibration from Himalayan chakra singing bowls. Placed on and around the body and struck or sung, the tones and frequencies emanated from these bowls creates a sympathetic resonance that affects the body on a cellular level. These vibrations spread as concentric waves into larger circles through the entire body and entrain the brain to move into a deep Theta state. The experience is one of absolute serenity as deep relaxation and soothing resonant sound opens the flow of energy and restores balance and well-being.
