Heavily Meditated is a space where we slow down together — a free community gathering devoted to presence, breath, and the deep nourishment that comes from shared stillness. For the last 2 years I have been guiding our community in the Kirtan Kriya, a timeless meditation practice from the Kundalini Yoga tradition. This powerful, multi-sensory meditation uses sound, movement, and focus to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.

Kirtan Kriya combines mantra (chanting), mudra (hand movements), and visualization to create a deeply integrative experience. The mantra Sa Ta Na Ma — meaning “Infinity, Life, Death, Rebirth” — represents the natural cycle of existence. As we chant aloud, whisper, and then move into silent repetition, the vibration of these sounds guides our awareness through the full spectrum of being.
The accompanying finger movements (touching thumb to each fingertip) help balance both hemispheres of the brain and activate energy points connected to clarity and creativity. Converse with your animal companions, monthly class is a safe sacred place to explore intuition and animal communication while having fun in the process. Each month will be a different theme to practice communicating with your own animals such as how to tell them travel plans or how to perceive responses from their body when you are concerned about their health, etc.
Through conversations with animals you will learn how to open your senses and receive their answers. Practicing builds confidence and in each workshop you will speak directly with other students' animals and as well as your own. You will increase your intuitive abilities to communicate with your beloved animal companions!

Neave is an animal communicator, energy healer, Reiki practitioner, teacher, ceremonialist & the founder of HeartSong Communication.
Neave takes pride in guiding people to trust their intuition. She has embodied knowledge (as opposed to intellectual-only knowledge) from participating in thousands of animal communication conversations and teaches with her whole system offering embodied templates for connecting with the animals. Neave has helped hundreds of students connect to and gain confidence in their intuition.

Sound Healing Meditation with Suren Shrestha
Suren Shrestha, founder of the Atma Buti® Sound Healing School, is a master teacher from Nepal who has brought the ancient Himalayan art of sound healing to the West with deep reverence and authenticity. His lineage teachings blend sacred sound, vibration, and intention to restore harmony to body, mind, and spirit. Maari Falsetto trained directly with Suren and the Atma Buti Sound School, carrying forward this heart-centered lineage through her own unique expression of community healing at Inner Alchemy, Sanctuary and Studio (3618 SW Alaska Street)
A Sound Healing Meditation is a a collective journey of sound and vibration, where participants rest comfortably laying down as hand-hammered singing bowls, gongs, and chimes are played throughout the space. Unlike an individual session, the bowls are not placed directly on the body — instead, their tones and overtones fill the room, surrounding each person in waves of harmonic resonance. The shared field of intention and sound amplifies the healing, gently clearing, balancing, and uplifting everyone present. The experience invites deep rest, nervous system reset, and a sense of connection to the greater whole.
Each Himalayan bowl is traditionally made from a sacred blend of seven metal alloys, representing the seven celestial bodies and the seven chakras within the human energy system. During creation, artisans infuse every bowl with mantras and prayers, tapping blessings and intention into the metal itself. These are not merely instruments of sound, but vessels of consciousness — crafted to awaken peace and inner harmony. Manakamana Bowl
Inner Alchemy will be donating a portion of ticket sales to Soul Medicine, the Aama Orphanage Education Foundation (AOEF) that is a not-for-profit and non-government registered community-based organization in Nepal that was established in 2007 by the residents of Khandbari Bazaar, with the assistance of Ruby and Suren Shrestha, to address the low literacy rates and orphan children. The Foundation’s goal is to provide quality education to financially disadvantaged orphans of Eastern Nepal. AOEF aims to provide opportunities to all needy orphan children, giving priority to girls.

-Children 12 and older are welcome.
-Doors open at 12:45pm and will be locked at 1pm for a prompt start. Arriving early is better than late! If raining, please stay in your cars until 12:45pm.

I hold a special place in my heart for the environment and animals. I enjoy reading and discussions environment science news and policies. My favorite pass time is gathering around a fire, hanging out by the ocean and swimming is my with friends and family.
My yoga journey started in 2004. I took my first 200 hour Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training in 2007 at Frog Lotus Yoga in Massachusetts. I taught Yoga through college.
In 2009 I found Kundalini Yoga and spent the next 3 years studying with Hari Dev Khalsa. From 2018 on, I took a number of training courses: ‘3 min Start’ with Mahan Kiran. 200 hr Himalayan Kundalini Yoga, Jap Ji, Naad, Cosmic Vision, Bardo and Alchemical Healing with Yogi Amandeep. ‘Supper Health’ with Mukta Kaur.
The aim in every class is to enliven your inner intelligence. This awakening leads to healing and experiencing intuitive ease, peaceful contentment, self worth, and excellence in life.

Dancing with Grief
Grief asks to move with us and through us, to stay in our fIeld of attention and care so it can be felt, processed, and we can be supported by its presence. Through all levels movement such as dance and yoga, meditation, journaling, building a group alter, sound healing, and a sharing circle to express who and what we are grieving, we dance with our grief.
We offer ourselves space to be with the powerful, painful, illuminating, exeperiences of grief. We offer compassion to our grief and the grief of others as we create a community of support and healing. We learn from our grief, expressing it, listening to it, learning its wisdom.
Liziah began the work of grief tending after her Mother, who was her closest companion and magical grandmother and caregiver to her young children died from a hit and run car accident on her daily walk. Liziah experienced her world instantly changed, and filled with the ripping heart ache and break of traumatic loss. She was moved into a grief journey that took her wide and deep. She journeyed to the most painful places and also touched the powerful and love filled places grief can take us. She recieved grief support and started to listen and study with grief teachers. 6 months into her journey grief showed her that it was time for her to hold space for others. With her workl as a mental health therapist and yoga, dance teacher she began to move and breathe and listen to the broken, open hearts of other greiving people. Liziah has learned that grief is wise, and when tended to offers gifts of life, depth and healing that lead us to live with authenticity, purpose, fullness, compassion and of the messy wholeness of our humanity.
Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, bring a journal, an item for the group alter, water bottle, and any other comfort items to stay with you through the experience.
Liziah Richards, is an intuitive mental health therapist, movement facilitator and grief guide. Her passion and purpose are to accompany people on their journey of grief and healing, offering deep care and skilled therapeutic support. Liziah is grateful to facilitate community grief offerings that heal and inspire folks to care for themselves and others in their changed lives, and to align with their purpose and unique authentic expression of self.

Welcome to Seattle's premier singing meditation designed for the age of personal empowerment, no musical experience necessary. Just show up and sing!
In a tone circle, everyone is invited to explore the somatic magic of their unique voice, fueling self-healing and intentions through gentle humming and vocal toning supported by crystal alchemy singing bowls. Together, we use our sound to calm the mind and body, connect from the heart, and bring more flow to life’s experiences with vibration from the inside.
What do we do? We breathe. We tone. We get a little weird (in the best way). We share our experiences. Together, we create a space of total acceptance, deep relaxation, and real-time vibrational support for wherever you are on your unique journey. Oh, and did we mention the spontaneous harmonies that feel like soul-level hugs? Cue the goosebumps!
Feeling shy about singing or sharing?Totally normal, and that is why Tone Circle is here: to help everyone release fear, shame, and judgment about using their voice, so their instrument is free and ready and empowered to heal, speak up, connect, and create. Still feeling nervous? We highly recommend bringing an emotional support friend. All are welcome; the more the merrier!

BRING: A water bottle (your vocal cords will thank you), a favorite cushion for sitting comfortably on the floor if you want it, and an open heart and mind.
GOOD TO KNOW: Blankets and some cushions and chairs are available. This beautiful space also runs cool, so please dress for your comfort.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Briana is making vocal empowerment an everyday practice. Clairaudient vocalist Briana Blythe has made it her mission to help people reconnect with their voices as the powerful energy tools they are for clarity, healing, and manifestation.
Before delving into the world of sound healing, Briana trained extensively in classical vocal performance. After burnout and personal loss led her to pivot careers, it was improvised vocal toning that ultimately healed her relationship with her voice—freeing it for use as an anytime, anywhere tool for the instantaneous experience of greater harmony in daily life.
She now leads transformational vocal workshops and sound experiences that help others release fear, shame, and self-judgment around their voices. She also channels harmonic attunements through her own voice to support the vibrational journeys of all.

Established in 2016, Naked in Motion hosts Naked! Yoga classes in Seattle, New York City, Boston, and Portland. Our classes stand out due to our strong social mission. We prioritize consent culture and intersectional feminist values in order to create the safest and most inclusive environment we can for everyone. Our approach aims to lower barriers to participation for marginalized groups, offering accommodations for people to manage menstruation, trauma, and/or gender dysphoria. Willow
Willow is the owner and founder of Naked in Motion. She is fiercely passionate about intersectional feminism, body/sex-positivity, and trying to make Naked! yoga & Pilates more inclusive. She is a yoga teacher and fully-certified Pilates apparatus instructor with over 1,000 hours of teacher training and over 10 years of teaching experience. Her movement training includes 20+ years of classical ballet and jazz and is influenced by a decade of theatre performance.
Dancing with Grief
Grief asks to move with us and through us, to stay in our fIeld of attention and care so it can be felt, processed, and we can be supported by its presence. Through all levels movement such as dance and yoga, meditation, journaling, building a group alter, sound healing, and a sharing circle to express who and what we are grieving, we dance with our grief.
We offer ourselves space to be with the powerful, painful, illuminating, exeperiences of grief. We offer compassion to our grief and the grief of others as we create a community of support and healing. We learn from our grief, expressing it, listening to it, learning its wisdom.
Liziah began the work of grief tending after her Mother, who was her closest companion and magical grandmother and caregiver to her young children died from a hit and run car accident on her daily walk. Liziah experienced her world instantly changed, and filled with the ripping heart ache and break of traumatic loss. She was moved into a grief journey that took her wide and deep. She journeyed to the most painful places and also touched the powerful and love filled places grief can take us. She recieved grief support and started to listen and study with grief teachers. 6 months into her journey grief showed her that it was time for her to hold space for others. With her workl as a mental health therapist and yoga, dance teacher she began to move and breathe and listen to the broken, open hearts of other greiving people. Liziah has learned that grief is wise, and when tended to offers gifts of life, depth and healing that lead us to live with authenticity, purpose, fullness, compassion and of the messy wholeness of our humanity.
Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, bring a journal, an item for the group alter, water bottle, and any other comfort items to stay with you through the experience.
Liziah Richards, is an intuitive mental health therapist, movement facilitator and grief guide. Her passion and purpose are to accompany people on their journey of grief and healing, offering deep care and skilled therapeutic support. For the last 2 years I have been guiding our community in the Kirtan Kriya, a timeless meditation practice from the Kundalini Yoga tradition. This powerful, multi-sensory meditation uses sound, movement, and focus to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.

Kirtan Kriya combines mantra (chanting), mudra (hand movements), and visualization to create a deeply integrative experience. The mantra Sa Ta Na Ma — meaning “Infinity, Life, Death, Rebirth” — represents the natural cycle of existence. As we chant aloud, whisper, and then move into silent repetition, the vibration of these sounds guides our awareness through the full spectrum of being.
The accompanying finger movements (touching thumb to each fingertip) help balance both hemispheres of the brain and activate energy points connected to clarity and creativity. In a tone circle, everyone is invited to explore the somatic magic of their unique voice, fueling self-healing and intentions through gentle humming and vocal toning supported by crystal alchemy singing bowls. Together, we use our sound to calm the mind and body, connect from the heart, and bring more flow to life’s experiences with vibration from the inside.
What do we do? We breathe. We tone. We get a little weird (in the best way). We share our experiences. Together, we create a space of total acceptance, deep relaxation, and real-time vibrational support for wherever you are on your unique journey. Briana is making vocal empowerment an everyday practice. Clairaudient vocalist Briana Blythe has made it her mission to help people reconnect with their voices as the powerful energy tools they are for clarity, healing, and manifestation.
Before delving into the world of sound healing, Briana trained extensively in classical vocal performance. After burnout and personal loss led her to pivot careers, it was improvised vocal toning that ultimately healed her relationship with her voice—freeing it for use as an anytime, anywhere tool for the instantaneous experience of greater harmony in daily life.

We get a lot of messages this time of year about "New Year's Resolutions", or destination-oriented goals. If we've learned anything from the past few years, it's that things rarely go as planned. Join us as we instead practice yogic tools to stay centered along the journey of life regardless of outcomes. The workshop will start with educational lectures mixed with journaling exercises and meditations on the highlights of 2025. Then, we'll have a 15-minute break before we shed our clothes and continue our practice with a 75-minute yoga vinyasa class.

Dancing with Grief
Grief asks to move with us and through us, to stay in our fIeld of attention and care so it can be felt, processed, and we can be supported by its presence. Through all levels movement such as dance and yoga, meditation, journaling, building a group alter, sound healing, and a sharing circle to express who and what we are grieving, we dance with our grief.
We offer ourselves space to be with the powerful, painful, illuminating, exeperiences of grief. We offer compassion to our grief and the grief of others as we create a community of support and healing. We learn from our grief, expressing it, listening to it, learning its wisdom.
Liziah began the work of grief tending after her Mother, who was her closest companion and magical grandmother and caregiver to her young children died from a hit and run car accident on her daily walk. Liziah experienced her world instantly changed, and filled with the ripping heart ache and break of traumatic loss. She was moved into a grief journey that took her wide and deep. She journeyed to the most painful places and also touched the powerful and love filled places grief can take us. She recieved grief support and started to listen and study with grief teachers. 6 months into her journey grief showed her that it was time for her to hold space for others. With her workl as a mental health therapist and yoga, dance teacher she began to move and breathe and listen to the broken, open hearts of other greiving people. Liziah has learned that grief is wise, and when tended to offers gifts of life, depth and healing that lead us to live with authenticity, purpose, fullness, compassion and of the messy wholeness of our humanity.
Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, bring a journal, an item for the group alter, water bottle, and any other comfort items to stay with you through the experience.

Shabadrang Bundana Khalsa
I hold a special place in my heart for the environment and animals. I enjoy reading and discussions environment science news and policies. My favorite pass time is gathering around a fire, hanging out by the ocean and swimming is my with friends and family.
My yoga journey started in 2004. I took my first 200 hour Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training in 2007 at Frog Lotus Yoga in Massachusetts. I taught Yoga through college.
In 2009 I found Kundalini Yoga and spent the next 3 years studying with Hari Dev Khalsa. From 2018 on, I took a number of training courses: ‘3 min Start’ with Mahan Kiran. 200 hr Himalayan Kundalini Yoga, Jap Ji, Naad, Cosmic Vision, Bardo and Alchemical Healing with Yogi Amandeep. ‘Supper Health’ with Mukta Kaur.
The aim in every class is to enliven your inner intelligence. This awakening leads to healing and experiencing intuitive ease, peaceful contentment, self worth, and excellence in life.

Dancing with Grief
Grief asks to move with us and through us, to stay in our fIeld of attention and care so it can be felt, processed, and we can be supported by its presence. Through all levels movement such as dance and yoga, meditation, journaling, building a group alter, sound healing, and a sharing circle to express who and what we are grieving, we dance with our grief.
We offer ourselves space to be with the powerful, painful, illuminating, exeperiences of grief. We offer compassion to our grief and the grief of others as we create a community of support and healing. We learn from our grief, expressing it, listening to it, learning its wisdom.
Liziah began the work of grief tending after her Mother, who was her closest companion and magical grandmother and caregiver to her young children died from a hit and run car accident on her daily walk. Liziah experienced her world instantly changed, and filled with the ripping heart ache and break of traumatic loss. She was moved into a grief journey that took her wide and deep. She journeyed to the most painful places and also touched the powerful and love filled places grief can take us. She recieved grief support and started to listen and study with grief teachers. 6 months into her journey grief showed her that it was time for her to hold space for others. With her workl as a mental health therapist and yoga, dance teacher she began to move and breathe and listen to the broken, open hearts of other greiving people. Liziah has learned that grief is wise, and when tended to offers gifts of life, depth and healing that lead us to live with authenticity, purpose, fullness, compassion and of the messy wholeness of our humanity.

My yoga journey started in 2004. I took my first 200 hour Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training in 2007 at Frog Lotus Yoga in Massachusetts. I taught Yoga through college.
In 2009 I found Kundalini Yoga and spent the next 3 years studying with Hari Dev Khalsa. From 2018 on, I took a number of training courses: ‘3 min Start’ with Mahan Kiran. 200 hr Himalayan Kundalini Yoga, Jap Ji, Naad, Cosmic Vision, Bardo and Alchemical Healing with Yogi Amandeep. ‘Supper Health’ with Mukta Kaur.

I hold a special place in my heart for the environment and animals. I enjoy reading and discussions environment science news and policies. My favorite pass time is gathering around a fire, hanging out by the ocean and swimming is my with friends and family.
My yoga journey started in 2004. I took my first 200 hour Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training in 2007 at Frog Lotus Yoga in Massachusetts. I taught Yoga through college.
In 2009 I found Kundalini Yoga and spent the next 3 years studying with Hari Dev Khalsa. From 2018 on, I took a number of training courses: ‘3 min Start’ with Mahan Kiran. 200 hr Himalayan Kundalini Yoga, Jap Ji, Naad, Cosmic Vision, Bardo and Alchemical Healing with Yogi Amandeep. ‘Supper Health’ with Mukta Kaur.
The aim in every class is to enliven your inner intelligence. This awakening leads to healing and experiencing intuitive ease, peaceful contentment, self worth, and excellence in life.

Dancing with Grief
Grief asks to move with us and through us, to stay in our fIeld of attention and care so it can be felt, processed, and we can be supported by its presence. Through all levels movement such as dance and yoga, meditation, journaling, building a group alter, sound healing, and a sharing circle to express who and what we are grieving, we dance with our grief.
We offer ourselves space to be with the powerful, painful, illuminating, exeperiences of grief. We offer compassion to our grief and the grief of others as we create a community of support and healing. We learn from our grief, expressing it, listening to it, learning its wisdom.
Liziah began the work of grief tending after her Mother, who was her closest companion and magical grandmother and caregiver to her young children died from a hit and run car accident on her daily walk. Liziah experienced her world instantly changed, and filled with the ripping heart ache and break of traumatic loss. She was moved into a grief journey that took her wide and deep. She journeyed to the most painful places and also touched the powerful and love filled places grief can take us. She recieved grief support and started to listen and study with grief teachers. 6 months into her journey grief showed her that it was time for her to hold space for others. With her workl as a mental health therapist and yoga, dance teacher she began to move and breathe and listen to the broken, open hearts of other greiving people. Liziah has learned that grief is wise, and when tended to offers gifts of life, depth and healing that lead us to live with authenticity, purpose, fullness, compassion and of the messy wholeness of our humanity.
Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, bring a journal, an item for the group alter, water bottle, and any other comfort items to stay with you through the experience.
Liziah Richards, is an intuitive mental health therapist, movement facilitator and grief guide. Her passion and purpose are to accompany people on their journey of grief and healing, offering deep care and skilled therapeutic support. These series of paintings depict divine women and objects showing strength, wisdom, and beauty, each paintings have golden or silver glitter element, where in many cultures, like the Aztec, Mayan and Inca gold is a symbol of power, divinity, and immortality.
As I grow older into my artistic journey, acknowledging indigenous practices, reclaiming history, and passing tradition into new generations is very important as mother and educator. Women through history, had inherit herbal knowledge, plant identification to cure coughs, fevers andhelp other women with childbirth.
Often, a ritual was performed to free the spirit from evil by spitting water, brewing herbs, and chanting around the possessed body. To connect with spirit, I regularly participate in Temazcal ceremonies.
A Temazcal is an ancient Indigenous Mexican and Mesoamerican steam bath or sweat lodge ritual, used for physical, mental, and spiritual purification and healing. Participants enter a dome-shaped structure, often representing the mother's womb, and experience intense heat from volcanic rocks heated by a fire. The ceremony, guided by chanting and prayers, is a powerful process of releasing emotions, detoxing the body, and achieving a symbolic death and rebirth experience.

Amaranta is a South Seattle based Artist and Teaching Artist. She grew up in Mexico City and after living 2 decades in the PNW, she calls it my home. I am a Ceramist graduate from Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes in Mexico City.
Amaranta’s artistic work intertwines as a Teaching Artist as the founder of ArtMaranth School. As a performer and Artistic Director of Frida Kahlo live installation for Dia de Muertos in Burien and Yakima. All these different components of my artistic practice, go hand and hand, connecting PNW Nature, bold colors and textures and celebrating my Mexican heritage, sharing community experiences and creating aesthetic forms .
As a Teaching Artist for over 15 years, her work has been dedicated to make art accessible to underrepresented communities, offering bilingual Arts Integrated lessons while adapting new technology such a video tutorials and hybrid school models and library zoom programs.
Her Youth & Community Mural Apprenticeship had helped facilitate this from intro to materials and techniques, applying 21 century skills: critical thinking, collaboration, communication and creativity that responds to each site, beautifying open spaces.
My studio practice weaves through multidisciplinary mediums clay, glass mosaics, acrylics, paper sculptures etc. Her paintings had gloomy background landscapes, whimsical goddesses , paper sculptures.
