Yin and Restorative Yoga
Craving a space to consciously gather, reflect, and rest? Join us for a 90-minute session of guided meditation, restorative yoga, and an extended gong bath. Our practice will focus on extending gratitude to the peoples, places, and beings that care for us, including the lands and stewards of Dzidzilalich (Seattle). Beyond settler narratives of thanksgiving and consumption, we will create space to breathe with the many truths of what it means to gather in this moment, held by the liberatory and Indigenous frameworks of yoga.
All levels of yoga experience and all bodies will be welcomed and celebrated.

A white-bodied settler raised on the southern banks of the Patawomeck (Potomac) River, she is grateful to call Virginia, O’ahu, and now Seattle home. A seeker and forever student, Katey treasures and transmits the teachings of several schools, including yoga, circle facilitation, public health, and ʻāina (n. land, that which feeds).
