Conquer the Mind, Conquer the World
A sacred immersion into yogic psychology, mantra, and Ayurvedic wisdom
What if the key to mastering your life lies in mastering your mind?
"Man jeetai jag jeet" (ਮਨੁ ਜੀਤੈ ਜਗੁ ਜੀਤੁ)
Guru Nanak teaches that the mind is the root of all suffering and liberation. Attachment, ego, and illusion arise from the untrained mind. But through devotion, self-awareness, and divine remembrance (Naam), one can transform the mind into a vessel of truth and compassion.
Join us for a soul-stirring journey where ancient wisdom meets practical embodiment. In this immersive class, we’ll explore the three gunas of the mind—Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas—as energetic currents shaping our thoughts, emotions, and destiny. Through metaphor, movement, and mantra, we’ll learn how to recognize these forces and consciously shift their balance to awaken clarity, vitality, and inner peace.
What you’ll receive in this transformative experience:
A deep dive into the three gunas—Consciousness Projects through the mind
An introduction to the Ten Bodies—your multidimensional self beyond flesh and bone
Mantra pronunciation as vibrational medicine—refining the tongue to awaken the soul
Kriyas for the nervous system—to regulate, energize, and restore your inner circuitry
Ayurvedic lifestyle & herbs—to nourish the mind, uplift mood, and support mental clarity
This is not just a class—it’s a call to inner revolution. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, a curious seeker, or a teacher refining your tools, you’ll leave with embodied insights, practical rituals, and a deeper connection to yourself.
