Post meditation and gong bath, feeling great! West Seattle Summerfest 2024.
Welcome to Heavily Mediated!
We are honored to have been asked to return to the West Stage (please note it is in a new location this year) to guide a multi-sensory mediation and gong bath.
Arrive by 8:45am with a camping chair, yoga mat, cushion (whatever will be the most comfortable on tarmac) and a water bottle.
We will practice a 30 minute Kirtan Kriya mediation and then enjoy a gong bath. Such a sweet way to connect more deeply to yourself and to our community.
