Welcome to Heavily Mediated — where connection, presence, and community come alive.
We gather for a deeply nourishing, multi-sensory meditation practice designed to bring you into flow — with yourself, your breath, your life, and each other. One of the core practices we share is Kirtan Kriya, a simple yet powerful form of meditation that uses mantra, mudra (hand movements), and visualization to clear the mind, open the heart, and realign your energy from the inside out.
Everyone is welcome here. Truly. We honor and celebrate the full spectrum of humanity — every gender identity, sexual orientation, race, and background. You are seen, valued, and embraced exactly as you are. This is a space for authenticity, belonging, and heart-centered connection.
Details: Doors open at 8:50am for a prompt 9:00am start. In order to honor the meditation, the doors will be locked once we begin, so it’s best to arrive a little early and settle in. You’ll be joining us in the Inner Alchemy Sanctuary & Studio, located at 3618 SW Alaska Street, Seattle, 98126. The entrance is on 37th Ave SW, on the lower level of the building, with an Inner Alchemy sign just to the right of the door. Inside, you’ll find chairs, yoga mats, and cushions available so you can sit in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.
