Doors open at 4:45pm and will need to be locked promptly at 5pm to start class, so it is better to arrive early than late.

Join us for an innovative mind-and-body practice combining the practical tools of 12-step recovery programs with the physical and spiritual practices of yoga.
Sessions include meditation, a group sharing circle, and gentle, intentional yoga focused on embodiment of the steps.
Y12SR is a free offering. Donations are deeply appreciated.
What to expect:
Community gathering
12-step-style sharing
45 minutes of gentle yoga, with short meditation
Occasional Yoga Nidra (resting yoga)

She is also facilitator of Compass Writers' free Saturday writing sessions in West Seattle and long-distance walking & writing retreats.
