May: Grounding Stones—We will spend time thinking about what is grounding us during these tumultuous times. We will think about balance and create some “grounding stones” with watercolors and markers.

June: Neurographic Art—We will create a colorful neurograohic art piece. The process of making neurographic art is considered a form of visual thinking and mindfulness. It helps transform stress and difficult emotions into something beautiful and healing by encouraging the brain to form new neural pathways.

July: Jellyfish—We will use watercolors and pens to make our own colorful July jellyfish. It will be a guided process with room for your own interpretation. These amazing creatures signify adaptability, intuition, and finding harmony in the face of uncertainty.
