Chakras Made Simple: Become Aware Through the 5 Senses

Become Aware of the seven chakra energy centers using sight, touch, sound, scent, and taste. No prior knowledge is needed. Gift yourself a sensory journey including gentle movement and special treats: Meditation with Molly & a Sound Bath with Maari! 

Join us in person for a fun, relaxed session. We'll indulge in how the 5 senses may help you connect and balance your energy centers.

FEEL: Engage in gentle movements demonstrated during the session. Join as you feel able.

HEAR: Listen and interpret sound through guided meditation and a sound bath.

SMELL: Smell essential oil pairings to enhance connection to the chakras.

TASTE: Sample food pairings to support sensory awareness.

Molly Schoeb is a Community Health Educator and Certified Meditation Facilitator who provides opportunities for people to build awareness, name what they’re experiencing, and make empowered choices along their life path. She believes in connecting body, mind, and spirit through practical tools to achieve optimal well-being. 

Molly is a West Seattle community member and small business owner. She holds a B.S. in Community Health Education and is currently studying with Anodea Judith at Sacred Centers Academy to become Co-Heart certified. She is thrilled to be learning directly from Anodea, an author, leader, and chakra pioneer who has taught chakra energy and yoga courses for the last 50 years. Molly is also a member of Anodea’s Rainbow Warrior Tribe and the West Seattle Inner Alchemy Collective led by Maari Falsetto, communities devoted to personal transformation and conscious collaboration.

 A passionate teacher, Molly creates classes that are grounded and accessible. She integrates chakra energy awareness in a supportive, down-to-earth way so participants can understand themselves more deeply and apply what they learn in everyday life.
