Alchemy in Motion is your invitation to gather in community and simply move—to let music guide your body into joy, expression, and connection. We spend so much of our lives in deep, diligent work—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically—and this is a space to balance that with lightness, rhythm, and play. Come dance, laugh, release, and remember the magic that happens when we come together in movement, harmony, and shared joy.

Dancing is woven into the very legacy of our Sanctuary & Studio. Long before we gathered here, this space was alive with movement—home to one of the original Nia dance studios, where bodies were invited into healing, expression, and connection through rhythm. Even earlier, the couples of the Veteran’s Hall filled these walls with music and laughter, hosting lively speakeasy evenings where dancing brought people together in joy and community. You can still feel it—the echoes of footsteps, the pulse of music, the invitation to move. Alchemy in Motion continues this lineage, honoring the past while awakening the dance that lives within each of us.
