What is Pranic Healing?
Pranic Healing is a non-touch energy healing modality which uses prana, or subtle energy, to accelerate the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Energy healing can be applied without physical touch because the aura extends 1-2 feet beyond the physical body.
Pranic Healing works by removing congested energy which blocks the flow of healthy energy. Energetic congestion as well as depletion are present any time there is disease, pain, stress, or other health issues.
In Pranic Healing, specific protocols have been created to address individual health conditions, so the session is targeted toward your individual health concerns and needs. Pranic Healing can work on both physical ailments, and mental/emotional ones.
What to Expect During a Session
Your Pranic Healer will ask what health concerns you would like to work on. You will remain clothed and lying on a massage table. The Pranic Healer will use simple motions to remove stagnant and blocked energy which can be felt as a bulge in the aura. They will then project energy to the area. Some people feel nothing at all, while others can feel a sense of movement in the area worked on or nearby areas. Energy can be felt as tingling, hot or cold, or just a deep sense of relaxation. After your session, you will most likely feel lighter, more relaxed, more energized, and have a reduction in symptoms.
While Pranic Healing can be performed with or without the use of crystals, Meghan will use a pencil-shaped clear quartz crystal to help break up stubborn blockages and more powerfully energize. She may also use what are called extractor crystals which can be placed on the body to also assist in pulling out diseased or congested energy.
