About the event

Chris with Northern Acupuncture is excited to present an ongoing Qigong class at Inner Alchemy Studio in West Seattle!

This class is for every skill level, from experienced practitioners to beginners! You will gain practical and effective tools for self care and cultivation that you can take anywhere.

Qigong (pronounced chee-gung) is an ancient mind-body-spirit enhancing practice that is simple to learn and effectively regulates our health on many levels. Practitioners will experience increased energy and vitality, better mental and physical health, and a grounded sense of wellbeing.

We will explore and practice a variety of Qigong techniques:

  • Grounding, clearing & warmup exercises

  • Awareness, cleansing and cultivation of the internal Organs using Healing Sounds and Five Element Qigong

  • Activation of the Meridians with Meridian Qigong

  • Practice different breathing techniques

  • Learn how to self-massage your Lymphatic & Fascial systems

  • Gain insight about the Five Elements and much more!
