Raja Yoga for Higher Self-Awareness

Raja yoga or “Royal” yoga includes all paths of yoga, combining Hatha yoga poses with meditation, pranayama and inward centered awareness. The focus is to direct the flow of energy, or prana, inwards. This ultimately leads to a greater sense of inner peace, physical relaxation and higher self-awareness. 

In this class, we will also honor and celebrate the divine masculine energy, which exists in us all.
