Mindful Eating is deliberately paying attention, being fully aware of what is happening both inside of yourself—in your body, heart, and mind—and outside of yourself, in your environment. It is to learn about our various hungers and how to feed ourselves and develop awareness of ourselves without judgment or criticism.
Join Sharon A. Suh, for a two hour introductory class to learn more about this transformational way of living. Sharon offers the full 8 week journey in the beautiful environment of Inner Alchemy. The next 8 week class starts on Septemberer 25th and runs until November 13th with 8 Tuesdays from 7-9:30pm.
Sharon A. Suh, Ph.D. has completed the Mindful Eating-Conscious Living™ Level 1 Training with Jan Chozen Bays, MD and Char Wilkins, MSW. She received her 200 hour RYT certification at Spira Power Yoga, her Yoga for Trauma (Y4T) certification, and is a professor of Buddhism at Seattle University. She also teaches yoga at Spira Power Yoga in West Seattle.
