Chillax: Find Your Balance, Find Your Bliss
Saturday, February 17th from 1-3 pm
Join Amanda Giralmo, Holistic Health Coach and Founder of Wellthie Life for an informative and chillaxing afternoon, focused on getting your stress monster under control. You’ll learn how your body responds to stress, along with practical strategies for how to bring back balance so you can focus on what truly matters – your bliss!
The Format: We'll start with a brief overview of stress and some of the positive and negative effects it has on our bodies. Followed by learning specific techniques to get the negative stress under control and start feeling more balanced. Techniques will include breathing exercises, defining self-care needs, mindset shift exercises, meditation and more! The afternoon will be interactive, so be prepared to engage, relax and have fun!
Light snacks will be provided. Please bring a journal or notepad and pen with you to the event.
